| 摘 要： | 综合国内外农业遥感领域对地抽样调查技术,详细说明目前世界上主要采用3S技术(RS、GIS、GPS)的面积框抽样技术,以及主要代表国家的应用效果.描述了分层抽样统计学原理和主要采用的抽样方法.归纳了国内农业对地抽样技术的发展水平和存在的三个主要问题:一是侧重于农业遥感监测技术方法的研究,遥感抽样调查研究偏弱;二是遥感抽样调查研究科学性不足,多采用随意抽样或典型柚样,偏离了抽样调查的随机性特点;三是遥感技术与传统统计抽样方法结合不够.

| Abstract: | This paper described the agricultural survey technologies of the world,introduced area frame sampling method based on 3s technology and application effects for main countries in detail.The development of agricultural sampling on land in China and three main problems were concluded.At first remote sensing monitor methods are emphasized more than remote sensing survey for land cover.Second remote sensing sampling mostly adopts random sampling or canonical sampling;it's out of the random principle for the sampling survey.The third,remote sensing integrated with tradition statistics of sampling survey need to be more tightness than ever.Stratification sampling of statistics principle and the main methods of sampling which has abroad used are also described. |
