| 摘 要： | 在辣椒子叶组织培养中,外植体的幼嫩和部位影响形态发生,通常较嫩的子叶和子叶中部容易诱导愈伤组织和植株再生;辣椒品种的不同,其培养效果差异很大;不同激素配比的培养基,影响愈伤组织形态发生和分化,当有一定量的细胞分裂素时,促进芽的分化,而在细胞分裂素和生长素配合使用时,即使生长素含量很低,也易诱导根的发生.

STUDIES ON THE COTYLEDEN CULTURE AND PLANT REGENERATION OF HOT-PEPPER |

| Abstract: | In the hot-pepper culture, cotyledon morphogenesis is influenced bythe age and source of the explants. In general, the young cotyledons &the middle of cotyledon is easier in forming the callus and regenerat-ing the plant. There are notable variance in the culture effect of diffe-rent hot-pepper varieties. The medium with different plant hormone in-fluence the formation or differentiation of callus. Cytokinin promotethe differentiation and growth of shoots, but Anxin inhibit the differe-ntiation and promote roots formation. |
