摘    要:针对《绿色食品概论》传统教学模式的缺点和不足,构建了该选修课课堂教学与实践教学的改革方案,旨在为高等农业院校该选修课建立科学的教学模式提供一些参考。

Abstract:To deal with the disadvantages and shortages existed in the traditional teaching model of the elective course "Green Food Conspectus", a teaching reform project of classroom and practical teaching was constructed to provide reference for building a scientific teaching model for that course in agricultural colleges and universities.
