摘    要:3种畜禽废弃物分别在高温好气堆腐过程中,进行了完全强制通气、半循环强制通气和不强制通气仅翻倒搅拌的3种不同通气方式对堆腐效果影响的比较研究。结果表明,完全强制通气方式的堆腐效果稍好于半循环强制通气方式,翻倒搅拌方式的效果最差。两种强制通气方式7d中,堆腐物的含碳、含氮等易分解有机物质可快速分解,含量变化趋于平缓,完成一次堆腐发酵过程。翻倒搅拌方式的堆腐进程明显缓慢。加快堆腐进程,适量的强制通气是必要的。由干而雨由于两种强制通气的效果无明显差别,所以将堆腐产生的臭气适量循环,减少排放量,可减轻对大气环境的污染。

Abstract:In the process of composting with high temperature and aeration for three kinds of animal wastes, the effect of different aeration ways to turn over and agitate on composting are compared, including complete forced aeration, semi- circulating forced aeration and non forced aeration. The effect of complete forced aeration is better than that of semi- circulating forced aeration, and the effect of turning over and agitating is the worst. When composting 7 days using the two forced aeration methods, the easily decomposed organic matter in composting material are liable to decompose and decompose quickly with eliminating stench, the first fermentation is completed, while the composting speed using the method to turn over is obviously slow, therefore, appropriate forced aeration is necessary to speed up composting. Since there is no significant difference between the effect of the two forced aeration, so, when there is no stink to be disposed, if circulating appropriately, the amount of stink discharged can be reduced and the pollution of atmosphere can be lightened.
