| 摘 要： | 为合理开发利用半夏资源,采用石蜡切片对半夏营养器官进行了形态解剖结构研究。结果表明:半夏根的初生结构由表皮层、皮层和中柱(五原型)3部分构成,无次生结构;珠芽和球茎表皮细胞排列紧密,薄壁组织含大量淀粉粒和晶体,周木维管束数量少;叶为异面叶,上下表皮角质层较厚,气孔平列型,仅分布在叶的下表皮。叶柄表皮细胞内含叶绿体,机械组织由厚角细胞组成,位于表皮下方,维管束三圈环状排列。

| Abstract: | Anatomical structure of P.ternata was studied by paraffin section to rationally develop and utilize P.ternata resource.The results showed that the primary structure of root consisted of stratum epidermis,cortex and stele(pentarch),without secondary structure.The epidermis cells of bulbel and corm are ranged closely and orderly.The parenchymatous tissue contains a lot of starch grains and crystal,and a small number of amphivasal vascular bundle.The leaf of P.ternate is bifacial leaf.The upper and lower epidermis of cuticle are thick.Stomas are paracytic type only on the lower epidermis.There are chloroplasts in the epidermis cells of petiole.The petiole’s mechanical tissue is made up of collenchyma cells which are under the lower epidermis,and its vascular bundle are ranged as three circle rings. |
