| 摘 要： | 大肠埃希菌素V(ColV)质粒是鸡致病性大肠埃希菌中重要的毒力质粒之一,能够编码大肠埃希菌素V、血清抗性、铁摄取系统等与致病相关的毒力基因。目前虽然对鸡的大肠埃希菌病研究的比较广泛,但其确切的发病机制仍需继续深入研究。文章综述了ColV质粒与鸡大肠埃希菌病的联系,及其3个表型与鸡致病性大肠埃希菌毒力的关系,为防控鸡大肠埃希菌病提供新的思路。

| Abstract: | ColV plasmid is one of the significant virulence plasmid in avian pathogenic Escherichia coli(APEC),which can code virulence gene such as colicin V,serum resistance,iron uptake system and so on that correlate with pathopoiesis of APEC.Although the studing of avian colibacillosis was extensive,but its exact pathopoiesis was still needed to study further.It was discussed in this paper the relation between ColV plasmid and avian colibacillosis,and expounded respectively the relationship of the three phaenotype of the ColV plasmid with the virulence of the APEC.Illuminating the effect of the ColV plasmid in the process of pathopoiesis would provide a new approach to prevent and cure the avian colibacillosis. |
