微生物发酵有机肥对土壤腐殖酸及酶活性的影响

摘    要:目的]为在轻度重金属污染的土壤上科学施肥提供依据。方法]通过盆栽正交试验,研究土壤中加入低量铅、汞条件下,有机肥与微生物菌剂配施对土壤有机质、腐殖酸组分及酶活性的影响。结果]结果表明:有机肥料经过EM有益微生物的发酵处理,施入土壤后土壤有机质、腐殖酸及其组分胡敏酸、富里酸的含量有显著增加,而以有机肥料配施化肥的处理效果最好。施用化肥和有机肥料土壤胡富比都有所降低,随着种植茬数的增加,胡富比不断提高,以有机肥料配施化肥的处理增加幅度最大。结论]有机肥与化肥配施能加快腐殖酸的活化速度。
