| 摘 要： | 对7个多花水仙 Narcissus tazetta L.品种类型进行了细胞学观察,其中有3个二倍体和4个三倍体,染色体基数有 x=10和 x=11两类。二倍体类型中,有1个2n=2x=20的品种,减数分裂行为与育性基本正常,另外2个品种2n=2x=22,终变期有1个四价体环,其育性稍低,但亦能结籽。三倍体类型中,有3个品种是2n=3x=30的同源三倍体,还有1个由2套 x=11与1套 x=10的染色体组构成的2n=32的同源异源三倍体。三倍体的减数分裂行为均不规则,高度不育,不能结籽.2n=32的品种,经人工授粉后,偶而能结个别种子,但中途败育。

| Abstract: | The cytology of seven varieties of polyanthous daffodaffodils was observed.The observational results showed:(1)Among seven varieties,there were three diploids and four triploids;the basic number of chromosome was x=10 or x=11.(2)One of the diploid varieties was 2n=2x=20 with normal behavior of meiosis and fertility;the other two were 2n=2x=22 and a quadrivalent ring was found in their diakinesis of meiosis and had a little lower fertility than the former,but they could bear some seeds.(3)Among the triploid varieties,three of them were homologous with 2n=3x=30 and one autoalloploid with 2n=2x=32 com- posed of two genomes of x=11 and one genome of x=10.Their behaviors of meiosis were very irregular and they were highly sterile.By artificial pollination,the variety of 2n=32 could occasionally bear a few seeds, which were aborted. |
