水稻品种抗稻瘟病菌集团菌株频率在抗病鉴定中的应用研究

摘    要:本研究以水稻品种抗稻瘟病菌集团菌株频率和自然病圃中病情关系,获得抗病频率(Υ%)与混合菌株接种的穗期病情的线性模型=4.3635-0.0452Υ±O.4238,与自然病圃中品种的病情的线性模型=4.2442-0.0415Υ±0.4955。两模型回测,在概率P_(0.05)下准确率均为100%,并以后一模型为依据,在病菌来源地的萍乡市和乐安县布局品种,得到证实。

Study on the Application of Rice Cultivar Resistance Frequency to the Mass Isolates of Pyricularia aryzae for Resistance Identification
Abstract:The rice cultivar resistance frequency (RF) to the mass isolates of Pyricularia oryzae Cav. Closely correlated with the disease severity of the natural nursery. The artificially inoculated ear blast (y1) caused by the mixed mass isolate and the disease severity (y2) of the natural nursery nost significantly regressed to the RF (r): y1 = 4. 363 5-0. 045 2r±0. 423 8 and y2 = 4. 244 2 -0. 041 5r±0. 495 5. The back forecasting accuracy of the two models was 100% under the possibility of 0. 95. The locations of rice cultivars in Pingxiang City and Luoan County where the mass isolates came from has successed by the aid of the later model.
