喂食鸡蛋、葵花籽的清洁级KM小鼠血清中5种微量元素含量变化的研究

摘    要:在SPF屏障系统内,给清洁级KM小鼠在日粮中添加一定量的鸡蛋和葵花籽,采用原子吸收光谱法测定血清中5种微量元素,进行统计学分析。结果表明,对照组的雌雄KM小鼠血清中微量元素锌、铁、镁含量比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05),实验组的雌雄KM小鼠血清中微量元素铜、铁含量比较差异具有极显著性(P<0.01)。组别间雄性小鼠进行比较,锌含量比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05),铁、钙含量比较差异具有极显著性(P<0.01);组别间雌性小鼠进行比较,铁、钙含量比较差异具有极显著性(P<0.01)。结果提示,雌雄间血清中部分微量元素含量差别较大。经常食用鸡蛋、葵花籽等天然食品,可提高体内一些必需微量元素的含量。

Abstract:The serum contents of 5 kinds of trace elements in clean KM mice feeding with egg and sunflower seed in the barrier system were determined by AAS and analysed with statistic method. The results showed that the serum contents of Zn, Fe, Mg of male mice and female mice in control group had evidently(P<0.05), and the serum contents of Cu, Fe of male mice and female mice in experimental group had great evidently (P<0.01). The contents of Zn of male mice in control group and experimental group had evidently(P<0.05), and those of Fe, Ca had great evidently (P<0.01). The contents of Fe, Ca of female mice in control group and experimental group had great evidently(P<0.01). The results showed that the serum contents of some trace elements were greatly different. It suggested that it could increase contents of necessary trace elements for eating natural food such as egg and sunflower seed .
