| 摘 要： | 选择3.5月龄、遗传来源相似、体重9.83±1.78 kg的贵州从江香猪去势公猪6头,采用NFD+5%EHC无钙无磷纯合饲粮法进行代谢试验,以测定贵州香猪内源钙与内源磷的代谢规律。结果表明,贵州香猪每千克自然体重内源钙、磷排泄量分别为47.31、20.74 mg/d。贵州香猪维持的净钙、净磷需要分别为0.047 3、0.020 7 g/kg BW。

| Abstract: | To determine the calcium and phosphorus requirements for maintenance of Guizhou Xiang-pig,an experiment on metabolic regularities of endogenous calcium and phosphorus were conducted using six same genetic background castrated Congjiang-Xiang piglets at the age of 3.5 months and body weight of 9.83±1.78 kg in the present research.The results showed that losses of endogenous calcium and endogenous phosphorus of Guizhou Xiang pigs were 47.31 mg/kg and 20.74 mg/kg of live body weight per day,respectively.The requirements of net calcium and net phosphorus for maintenance in Guizhou Xiang pigs were 0.047 3g/kg BW and 0.020 7g/kg BW,respectively. |
