初始修剪高度对贵州苦丁茶品质和产量的影响

摘    要:通过修剪试验,研究初始修剪高度对贵州苦丁茶品质和产量的影响,结果表明:贵州苦丁茶不同的初始修剪高度其苦丁茶黄酮、氨基酸和皂甙的含量差异达到了显著(P<0.05)水平,对茶多酚和水浸出物含量的影响不显著。其中,70 cm初始修剪高度有利于提高贵州苦丁茶主要保健成分含量。不同的处理对苦丁茶产量也有较大影响,不修剪处理的苦丁茶各项生长指标均为最高;不修剪和初始修剪高度110 cm的苦丁茶产量较高。不同的处理对苦丁茶的各项生理指标也产生影响,其中对叶绿素及各组分含量、SOD酶活性的影响都达到了显著水平,修剪高度70 cm的苦丁茶生理活性最强,对环境的适应能力也最强,为最适宜的初始修剪高度。

Abstract:The effects of different initial pruning height to quality and yield of kuding tea were preliminarily investigated in the present work.The results showed that initial clip height highly affected the quality of kuding tea e.g.significant effects(P0.05) on the content of flavone,amino acid and saponin in kuding tea.However,no obvious effects on tea polyphenol and extract of water content were obtained.It was justified that initial pruning height with 70 cm was best to enhance the content of main health care composition,thus further improve the quality of kuding tea.Significant effect on the yield was also investigated from the different pruning height,and no pruning plant gave the highest values among the tested growth indexes.Plants of no pruning or 110 cm initial height showed better yield.Furthermore,The obvious effects on physiological index including chlorophyll contents and superoxide dismutase activity were also obtained herein.Kuding tea with 70 cm height demonstrated the highest physiological activities,the best adaptation to the environment,suggesting 70 cm is the optimal initial pruning height.
