摘    要:雨刮器盖板在设计的时候,需要花大力气优化结构,在满足功能的时候,尽量简化产品构造,以便降低产品的生产风险.本文着重讲述了雨刮器盖板在生产时存在的问题,进而对产品结构、生产工艺、模具结构等方面进行了详细的分析,确定产品翘曲变形的直接原因是模具进胶口位置不当,同时工艺参数没有调整到最佳状态,导致了产品装车时间隙大、装配孔偏移等问题点.最后从零件性能要求出发,对雨刮器盖板翘曲变形的问题进行了解决,达到满足装配的要求.

Abstract:Wiper cover at design time, you need to make great efforts to optimize the structure to meet the function, try to simplify the product structure, in order to reduce production risk. In this paper, the problems of wiper cover in production are described, and then a detailed analysis of the product structure, production process, the mold structure product is conducted. It is found that direct cause of warpage is the inappropriate position of the mouth into the plastic mold, at the same time the process parameter is not adjusted to the optimum, resulting in a product loading space and the mounting holes offset point. Finally, starting from the part performance requirements, the wiper cover warpage issues are resolved to meet the requirements of the assembly.
