摘    要:以省沽油嫩枝作为扦插材料,以园土、河沙+蛭石、轻基质为基质类型,以分别处理0.5 h 的100 mg·kg-1 NAA、200 mg·kg-1 NAA和清水作为处理的激素浓度,以枝条上部、枝条中部、枝条下部为插穗类型来设计正交试验,旨在探讨基质类型、激素浓度、插穗类型等因素对省沽油嫩枝扦插的影响.通过对成活率、生根量和根长度等指标分析比较得知,以轻基质为扦插基质,200 mg·kg-1的NAA处理带叶片的上部插穗0.5 h,扦插效果最佳,其生根率高达89%,插穗的根系平均生根量达到23.7条,平均根长达到13.7㎝.

Abstract:In this paper, we took soft shoot of Staphylea bumalda as the cutting material, and the garden soil, mixture of sand and vermiculite, and light matrix as culture matrix, 100 mg·kg-1 NAA, 200 mg·kg-1 NAA and water as growth hormones for 0.5 hour treatment, and tip, middle and bottom branch as the cutting types, to explore the effects of matrix types, hormone concentrations and cutting types on the shoot cutting of Staphylea bumalda. The results showed that using tip of a branch treated with 200 mg·kg-1 NAA for 0.5 h, and then grown it in light matrix soil could achieve the best effects on cutting seedlings. The rooting rate could be up to 89%, and the average rooting amount and length could be up to 23.7 and 13.7cm, respectively.
