摘    要:目的]从褐煤中提取腐植酸,研究腐植酸对小鼠急性及蓄积毒性试验,以阐明褐煤中提取的腐植酸是否具有安全性。方法]用昆明系小白鼠进行了急性毒性试验和蓄积毒性试验。结果]急性毒性试验结果表明,LD50〉28320mg/kg,说明褐煤中提取的腐植酸属于实际无毒类物质;蓄积毒性试验结果表明,褐煤中提取的腐植酸无蓄积毒性作用。结论]褐煤中提取的腐植酸属于实际无毒类物质,并无蓄积毒性作用。

The Acute and Accumulative Toxicity Test of Humic Acid Extracted from Brown Coal on Mice

Abstract:Objective]The research aimed to study the acute and accumulative toxicity test of humic acid extracted from brown coal on mice,clarify the safety of humic acid extracted from brown coal.Method]The acute and accumulative toxicity test were carried out on Kunming mice.Result]The results of acute test indicated that LD50 was over 28 320 mg/kg,which inferred that the humic acid extracted from brown coal was nonpoisonous matter.The results of accumulative toxicity test indicated that the humic acid extracted from brown coal was noncumulative.Conclusion]The study indicates that Humic acid extracted from brown coal was nonpoisonous and noncumulative.
