| 摘 要： | <正> 猪精液保存方法的改进,是保证生猪人工授精技术不断提高的主要环节。 目前,猪精液常温保存效果精子最长寿命为96小时,能使用时间为72—96小时。为了探讨延长猪精液常温保存时间的方法,我局于1980年6月至1981年7月,在番禺县南村区生猪人工授精站开展猪精液常温保存不同温度和时间的受胎试验。目的是通过试验

CONCEPTION RATES OF BOAR SEMEN STORED AT DIFFERENT ROOM TEMPERATURES AND FOR Dl FFERENT LENGTH OF TIME |

| Abstract: | Boar semen was diluted with 3 different diluenrs and stored at 7 to 13 d-egrees C and 15 to 20 degrees C. Best results were obtained with the dilue-nt containing vit. D-glucose 5 g (with 50 i. u. vit. Dz ) Na-citrate 0.4-0.5 g, peniciline and streptomycine 50,000 to 100,000 units in 100 ml distill ed water. At 7 to 13 degrees C. survival time of spermatozoa was as high as 240 hrs being 93% at first insemination with an average litter size of 13.8. Semen stored for 158 hrs. had a conception rate of 90% at first insemination and litter size of 12.9. Semen stored for 192 hrs. had a conception rate of 86% and litter size of 12.5. |
