| 摘 要： | 《物权法》是坚持改革开放、保护私人财产和坚持以人为本,构建和谐社会的宣言书。它的出台在一定程度上满足了人们长期以来渴望由法律对物权进行确认的愿望。纵观《物权法》有喜亦有忧,应在实践中不断加以完善。

| Abstract: | The Property Law is a no language book of China insist on reformmation and opening up,protecting private property,insist on placing human in the first place,building a harmonious society.In some extence,it's passing satisfy the eagarness of people's longing for assurance of real rights by law.You can find there are pleasures and puzzles in the property law when you look at it from all aspects.The most important thing is impoving it in practice. |
