| 摘 要： | 分析了森林生态效益价值主要影响因素,结合影响因素自身的不确定性、模糊性以及独立决策者具有个人偏好性,提出聘请群组专家利用模糊互补判断矩阵确定影响因素权重,最后给出一种基于CWAA算子的影响因素权重确定方法。

| Abstract: | Forest ecological benefit value on the basis of the main factors were studied,combined with influence factors of their fuzzy,uncertainty and preference of independent decision-makers,group of experts employed to determine the weight factors by using Fuzzy Complementary Judgments Matrix.Finally,based on CWAA operator method for determining the weight factors were put forward. |
