莎草无性系的建立研究

摘    要:目的]探索莎草无性系的建立技术。方法]以莎草的块茎为材料,进行愈伤组织的诱导和分化、试管苗的生根和移栽研究。结果]MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+2,4-D 1.6 mg/L是诱导愈伤组织形成的理想培养基;1/2MS+AgNO30.6 mg/L+6-BA 0.1 mg/L是愈伤组织分化的理想培养基;1/3MS+IAA 0.6 mg/L是试管苗生根培养的理想培养基;炉灰渣和河沙是进行试管苗移栽的理想基质;移植到河边上的试管苗生长旺盛、根系发达、块茎收获量大。结论]该研究为莎草的人工栽培提供了理论支撑。

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to discuss the establish technology of the clones of Gypsophila oldhamiana.Method] With stem tuber of G.oldhamiana as material,the tissue culture technology of callus induction and differentiation,plantlet rooting and transplantation was studied.Result] The results indicated that the ideal medium for callus induction was MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+2,4-D 1.6 mg/L,for callus differentiation was 1/2MS+AgNO3 0.6 mg/L +6-BA 0.1 mg/L.1/3MS+IAA 0.6 mg/L was the ideal medium for plantlet rooting.Furnace ash and slag and river sand were the ideal media for plantlet transplanting.The transplanted plantlet was characterized by vigorous growth,strong root system,and large production of stem tuber.Conclusion] The study provides theoretical references for the artificial cultivation of G.oldhamiana.
