图像处理技术对茶叶品质分级的探讨

摘    要:为避免人为评审带来的误差,运用图像处理技术中的图像分割、标记、HSI颜色模型对茶叶品质分级进行探讨。结果表明,该技术成功地对茶叶图像进行分割,并通过运用HSI颜色模型中H、S颜色分量的直方图,可以成功区分茶叶的等级。

Abstract:In order to avoid the errors brought by human grading,the paper discussed the tea quality grading by the image processing technique,including image segmentation,labeling and HSI color model of.Results showed that the technique successfully segmented the tea images and distinguished the tea grades by using the H and S component histograms in the HSI color model.
