刺鲃同工酶的研究

摘    要:采用不连续聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法,以杂食性鱼刺鲃为试验对象,对其9种组织的酯酶和乳酸脱氢酶的同工酶图谱进行分析,并与不同食性的草鱼、鲢鱼、鳙鱼、鲫鱼等各组织酶带做比较。结果表明刺鲃的酯酶同工酶条带稳定,其组织差异性与具有解毒功能的说法相符,未发现酯酶同工酶的特异性与食性相关;乳酸脱氢酶同工酶具有较高的组织特异性,LDH-C基因的表达与食性之间的关系有待进一步研究。

Study on Isozyme of Barbodes caldwelli

Abstract:By using the vertical polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis technology,the isozyme patterns of esterase(EST)and lactate dehydroganase(LDH)from 9 tissues of omnivorous Barbodes caldwelli were analyzed,and then compared with that of other fished with different feeding habits such as the grass carp,silver carps,bighead and crucian.Results showed that Barbodes caldwelli had stable EST bands,its organization with diversity conformed with its detoxication function,and the esterase specificity was not related to the feeding habits;LDH isozyme had higher organization specificity,the relationship between the gene expression of LDH-C and the feeding habits needed a further research.
