摘    要:采用实验室土柱法和连续浸提法,研究了外源镉在褐土中的迁移和形态转化。结果表明:在水分不饱和的条件下,在外源镉进入褐土90 d后,没有从表土向15~30 cm土层迁移,而主要累积在0~15 cm层次;外源镉进入褐土30 d后,水溶态镉迅速向其他形态转化,各形态所占比例大小依次为交换态残渣态碳酸盐结合态铁锰氧化物态有机结合态水溶态。在其后的60 d,外源镉各形态的百分比随时间的推移没有发生明显的变化,其中交换态分别占总量的43.86%和44.68%,说明外源镉进入土壤90 d后大部分未转化为相对稳定的形态,对土壤—植物体系危害性很大。褐土对外源镉的吸附主要通过离子交换和络合(或螯合)作用,其中通过离子交换机制吸附的镉数量均高于通过络合(或螯合)机制吸附的镉数量。

Transportation and Form Transformation of Exogenous Cadmium in Drab Soil

Abstract:The transportation and form transformation of exogenous cadmium in drab soil were studied by soil pillar experiment and sequential extraction method.As indicated by the results,under unsaturated conditions,the exogenous cadmium was accumulated at 0-15 cm drab soil instead of transporting to the 15-30 cm 90 d after the cadmium entered into the drab soil.30 d after the exogenous cadmium entered into the drab soil,the water-soluble cadmium was rapidly transformed into other forms,and the proportion of each form was shown as exchangeable form>residual form>carbonate-bound form>Fe/Mn oxide bound form>organic bound form>water-soluble state.During the following sixty days,the proportion of each exogenous cadmium form didn’t change obviously,among them the exchangeable form accounted for 43.86% and 44.68% of the total amount respectively before and after,indicating that most of the exogenous cadmium hadn’t reached a stable state 90 d after entering into the drab soil,thus producing great harms to the soil-plant system.The adsorption of cadmium by drab soil was achieved through ion exchange and complexation(chelation),and the quantity of adsorbed cadmium through ion exchange was larger than that through complexation(Chelation).
