| 摘 要： | 为了明确金丝桃素在体内对高致病性禽流感病的抑制效果，将64只28日龄免疫石岐杂黄鸡随机分为4组，即金丝桃素可溶性粉组、金刚烷胺组、阳性对照组及阴性对照组。运用病理组织学技术对各实验组鸡的心、肝、脾、肺等器官进行了观察。结果显示：阳性对照组及金刚烷胺组各器官病理变化明显，而金丝桃素可溶性粉组病理变化轻微，且有不同程度的淋巴细胞及网状内皮细胞增生。

| Abstract: | In order to certify the inhibiting activity hypericin to AIV, 64 28--day--old chickens were randomly divided into 4 groups,including hypericin soluble powder group, Amantadine group, negative control group, and positive control group in this study. Heart,liver,spleen and lung were observed using histopathological techniques. The results indicated that positive group and Amantadine group showed obvious pathological changes of organs,however,hypericin soluble powder group showed minor changes,lymphocytes and reticular cells proliferation were found to some degree. |
