| 摘 要： | 以CRLaa为基础培养基，分别采用三种方法对牛体外受精卵进行培养。方法一：预先制备卵丘细胞单层，随后将已培养48h的受精卵转入；方法二：用胶原预先处理培养皿，随后将受精刚结束的受精卵转入；方法三：将方法二中的血清培养改为无血清培养。结果表明，三种方法卵裂率无显著差异（82．7％、85．7％、84．2％，P〉0．05）；方法二（32．1％）的囊胚率明显高于方法一（21．6％），P〈0．01；但与方法三（32．8％）相当，P〉0．05。

| Abstract: | Fertilized eggs from in vitro fertilization in bovine were cultured in culture medium based on CRLaa through three methods. In method 1, fertilized eggs having been cultured for 48h were transferred to Cumulus cell monolayers made in advance ; in method 2, fertilized eggs were transferred into culture dish treated with collagen in advance;method 3 was similar to method 2 except serum culture medium in method 2 was replaced by serum - free medium, The results showed there was no significant difference in cleavage rate among three mothods（82.7% ,85.7% ,84. 2% ,P 〉0. 05） ; method 2 in blastula rate was higher signigicantly than method 1 in that （32.1% vs 21.6%, P 〈 0. 01 ）, but was not significantly different from method 3 in that（32. 1% vs 32. 8% ,P 〉0. 05 |
