| 摘 要： | 本文对芸薹种（ Ｂｒａｓｓｉｃａ ｃａ ｍ ｐｅｓｔｒｉｓ ，２ｎ ＝ ２０） 蔬菜基因组 Ｄ Ｎ Ａ 进行了 Ｒ Ａ Ｐ Ｄ 初步分析， 并就 Ｒ Ａ Ｐ Ｄ－ Ｐ Ｃ Ｒ 反应条件的优化进行了探讨。结果表明：各个亚种或变种的品种之间存在着丰富的遗传多样性。

| Abstract: | In this paper some studies on the genetic polymorphisms in vegetable crops of Brassica campestris (2n=20) by RAPD were conducted , meanwhile some discussions about the modification of RAPD-PCR were given. The study results indicated there were abundant genetic polymorphisms among the cultivars in different subspecies and varieties. |
