不同种植年限樱桃树根际土壤酶活性的研究

摘    要:对不同种植年限樱桃树根际土壤的过氧化氢酶、脲酶和蔗糖酶活性进行了研究。结果表明:各种不同年限土壤的酶活性存在差异。种植年限为15 a和100 a的樱桃树根际土壤的过氧化氢酶活性较高,种植年限在15 a和80 a的土壤脲酶活性较高,种植年限为15 a和60 a时蔗糖酶活性较高。

Abstract:The activity of catalase,urease and saccharase in different growth years of cherry rhizosphere soil were studied.The results showed that the difference of enzyme activity of different growth year cherry rhizosphere soil.The activity of catalase of ages of 15 and 100 was relatively higher;the activity of urease of ages of 15 and 80 was relatively higher;the activity of saccharase of ages of 15 and 60 was relatively higher.
