摘    要:以毛竹成熟种子为实验材料,研究了毛竹种子的发芽特性、不同种子处理和蔗糖含量对其发芽的影响,以及影响毛竹种子愈伤组织诱导能力的因素,试验结果表明,毛竹种子胚乳中伴生的真菌是造成毛竹种子组织培养操作污染的主要原因,切除大部分胚乳,能有效减少污染;毛竹种子胚乳的切除并不影响其在培养基中的萌发,适当增加培养基中的蔗糖浓度也不能明显改变其萌发率;种子愈伤组织的诱导率与诱导过程中的种子发芽率无明显相关.

Abstract:Experiment was made on mature Phyllostachys heterocycla vat. pubescens seed to study germination property, effect of different endosperm content and sucrose content in culture medium on seed germination, and factors to influence callus induction ability of seed. The results indicated that fungi associated with seed endosperm caused pollution during operation of tissue culture. Therefore, excision the most part of endosperm would make effective disinfection, but had no effect on germination during tissue culture, just like increase sucrose content in the medium. There had no relation between callus induction rate with germination rate of seed in the process of callus induction.
