摘    要:试验利用木醋液对茄子种子进行不同浓度浸泡处理,旨在研究木醋液对茄子种子萌发的影响。结果表明,浓度对茄子种子的发芽率、发芽指数、发芽势存在显著影响,稀释400~200倍是刺激种子发芽的最佳剂量范围,该浓度处理的试验组发芽峰期发生在第3天或第4天。稀释100倍与50倍之间存在抑制发芽的半致死计量范围。同时,利用BP神经网络建立了茄子种子发芽率的预测模型,该模型包含了发芽率与时间、浓度的动态关系。结果显示,建立的预测模型平均相对误差E=5.153%,相关系数R2=0.990621,说明该模型预测与试验值具有极其优化的拟合程度。

Abstract:The eggplant seeds were soaked in wood vinegar with different densities, aiming at researching the effects of wood vinegar on seed germination. The results showed that all treatments had obvious effects on the seed germination rate, the germinating index and the seed germinating energy. The best density was the dilution rate of 400-200, the peak value time of germination in the experimental group occurred on the third day or the forth day, but the worse density was the dilution rate 100-50. At the same time, the prediction model of the seed germination rate was founded. The model showed the dynamic relationship among the rate seed germination, the time, and the density. The average relatively error(E) and correlation coefficient (R2) of the model was 5.153% and 0.990621, respectively, which showed the most optimized prediction among predicted values by BP neural network model and the measured values of eggplant seeds germination rate.
