| 摘 要： | 为合理指导中草药饲料添加剂应用于畜牧生产和兽医临床,以大白鼠作为研究对象,采用灌胃的方法对"永源"中草药生物酶饲料添加剂进行安全性评价.实验结果表明,急性毒性实验按10 g/kg体重灌胃该添加剂,连续7 d,未出现任何中毒症状;亚急性毒性实验按3个剂量组(0.25%、0.50%、1.00%)给大白鼠进行灌服,连续30 d ,其采食量、血液生理生化指标均正常,健康状况良好,对其内脏器官进行组织学检查,均无病理变化,且按0.50%添加能增强机体免疫力,促进动物生长(P<0.05).说明该制剂按0.50%添加合理有效.

| Abstract: | In order to rationally instruct the application of the feed additive of Chinese herbal medicine biological enzyme to animal husbandry production and veterinary clinic,mice were given Yongyuan Chinese herbal medicine biological enzyme feed additive to carry on security appraisal.The results indicated that no poisoning symptom presented on acute toxic experiment in which mice were given this preparation according to 10g/kg body weight for continuous 7 d;the sub-acute toxic experiment which was feed the preparation at 3 dosage groups(0.25%,0.50% and 1.00%) for continuous 30 d,had normal appetite and blood biochemical index,healthy status and no pathology changes by morphologic examination.Also the dosage of 0.50% could promote animals immune function and growth.Thus it is rational and effective for 0.50% of this preparation to be added to feed. |
