大型收获机电液混合驱动智能冷却系统

摘    要:针对收获机发动机和液压油过热的问题,设计了电液混合驱动智能冷却系统,采用液力驱动风扇和电动风扇把发动机和液压油的散热问题分开解决,两种风扇的冷却能力都可用微控单元ECU根据发动机和液压油不同的散热需要进行精确控制。该系统把发动机散热器和液压油散热器分开布置,有效地解决了原冷却系统的低效高耗问题。试验结果证明,该冷却系统工作性能可靠,可以较好地解决收获机发动机和液压系统同时过热的问题。

Abstract:According to the problem that the motor and hydraulic oil of reaping machine give off too much heat, the intelligent cooling system of electric hydraulic admixture drive was designed. It adopted a hydraulic-driven fan and an electric-operated fan to solve the problem respectively. The cooling capability of the two kinds of fans could be controlled precisely by the tiny unit ECU. According to the different cooling request of the motor and hydraulic oil,the motor radiator and the hydraulic oil radiator were arranged respectively to the system,which solved the problem of low-efficiency but high-consumption that excited in the past cooling system. The experiments proved that the capability of the system is reliable and could much better solve the problem of motor and hydraulic pressure system of the engineering machinery giving off too much heat at the same time.
