| 摘 要： | 为了比较LEPR基因对猪产仔数效应大小，采用PCR-SSCP技术在陆川猪和大白猪群中进行了LEPR基因的基因型频率检测及不同基因型的总产仔数和产活仔数效应分析。结果表明，LEPR基因对陆川猪头胎和头4胎平均总产仔数（TNB）及产活仔数（NBA）影响差异显著(P<0.05)，对大白猪头胎的总产仔数及产活仔数影响差异显著(P<0.05)，而对大白猪头4胎平均总产仔数及产活仔数影响差异不显著(P>0.05)。

| Abstract: | To compare the effects of LEPR gene on litter size, the author used PCR-SSCP to test it’s genotypic frequency, and analyzed the effect of various genotypes on total number born (TNB) and number born alive (NBA) within Luchuan and large white pigs. The results showed that LEPR gene had significant effects on the first parity and the average TNB，NBA in Luchuan pigs (P<0.05), and had significant effects on the first parity TNB，NBA in large white pigs (P<0.05), but no effects on the average TNB，NBA in large white pigs (P>0.05). |
