| 摘 要： | 对美国无核葡萄新品种PSO2的茎尖进行组织培养,筛选适合不定芽分化、增殖、生根的培养基。结果表明:利于不定芽诱导的培养基为1/2MS 6-BA 0.3 mg/L IBA 0.5 mg/L,利于不定芽增殖的培养基为1/2MS 6-BA0.3mg/L IBA 0.5 mg/L,利于生根的培养基为1/2MS IBA 0.5 mg/L。

| Abstract: | The study on the tissue culture and rapid propagation of new stoneless grape breed PSO2 from America were carried out to select the suitable culture media.The results indicated that the inducement of adventitious bud was the best on medium of 1/2MS 6-BA 0.3 mg/L IBA 0.5 mg/L,multiplication of adventitious bud was the best on the medium of1/2MS 6-BA 0.3 mg/L IBA 0.5 mg/L,the rooting was the best on the medium of 1/2MS IBA 0.5 mg/L. |
