山银花和黄芩提取物对肉鸡生长性能、免疫器官发育及抗氧化机能的影响

摘    要:本试验旨在检测山银花和黄芩提取物(以下称"植物提取物")对肉鸡生长性能、免疫器官发育和抗氧化机能的作用效果。选取1日龄爱拔益加(AA)肉仔鸡320只,随机分成4组,每组8个重复,每个重复10只鸡。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础日粮中分别添加125、250、500 mg/kg植物提取物,试验期42 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,500 mg/kg植物提取物可显著提高21~42、1~42日龄的平均日增重,显著降低耗料增重比;添加500 mg/kg植物提取物可显著提高42日龄肉仔鸡胸腺、法氏囊指数;添加500 mg/kg植物提取物可显著提高21日龄和42日龄肉鸡血清过氧化氢酶活力、降低丙二醛水平。总之,肉鸡饲粮中添加植物提取物可以提高生长性能、促进免疫器官发育、提高抗氧化机能,以添加500 mg/kg植物提取物的效果最佳。

Abstract:This study evaluated the effects of Lonicera flos extract and Scutellariae radix extract(hereinafter called plant extracts)on growth performance, immunity and antioxidant activity at levels of(125, 250 and 500 mg/kg). A total of 320 one-day-old healthy broilers(AA) were randomly allotted into 4 treatments with 8 replicates in each group, and 10 broilers per replicate in one cage. The experiment lasted for 42 days. The result showed that the broilers fed 500 mg/kg LS significantly increased average daily gain during 21-42 and 1-42 days(P<0.05),while ratio of feed to gain decreased(P<0.05). In addition, 500 mg/kg plant extracts significantly increased the thymus index and clearance index at 42-day(P<0.05). CAT activity in serum significantly increased and MDA activity decreased with the supplementation of 500 mg/kg plant extracts at d 21 and 42(P<0.05). Thus, diet supplementation with plant extracts at level of 500 mg/kg can enhance growth performance, immunity and antioxidant activity.
