西藏藏鸡生长曲线拟合及分析

摘    要:为探究西藏藏鸡早期的生长发育规律,本研究采用Logistic、Bertalanffy和Gompertz非线性模型对公、母鸡从出生到24周龄的体重进行拟合分析。结果显示:3种生长曲线模型的拟合度均能达到0.99以上;进一步从统计和生物学意义角度评价3种模型发现,Gompertz模型拟合效果最好;Gompertz方程拟合公鸡和母鸡的生长拐点周龄分别为10.28周和10.65周;公鸡的拐点体重、最大周增重和最大体重分别为577.20、80.81、1569 g,母鸡分别为465.80、55.90、1266.18 g。研究表明3种模型对西藏藏鸡生长曲线的拟合和分析是可行的,可为管理藏鸡生长发育关键点提供参考。

Abstract:In order to explore the early growth and development rules of Tibetan chickens, non-linear models including Logistic, Gompertz and Bertalanffy, were applied to fit and analyze the growth curve of cock and hen from hatching to 24 weeks of age in Tibet. The results showed that the growth curves could be fitted using the three models with fitting degrees above 0.99. From statistical and biological perspectives, further evaluation suggested that the Gompertz model had the best fitting growth effect among three models. The Gompertz model fitted that growth inflection point was at 10.28 weeks of age for cock and at 10.65 weeks of age for hen. The inflection body weight, maximum body weight gain per week and final body weight of cocks were 577.20 g, 80.81 g and 1569 g, respectively, and those of hens were 465.80 g, 55.90 g and 1266.18 g, respectively. Our results indicated that these three models were feasible to fit and analyze the growth curve of the Tibetan chicken. The findings provide the reference for managing the key point of Tibetan chicken's growth and lay the foundation for the genetic resources conservation and new 1 ines breeding.
