| 摘 要： | 阐述了和静县推广辣椒烘干技术的主要工作措施、实施效果和存在的问题，提出了完善工业辣椒烘干技术的建议。开展工业辣椒烘干技术，推进了和静县特色农业优势作物的规模化、现代化和产业化发展进程。

| Abstract: | Main measures，implementation effect and existing problems of chili mechanical drying technology promotion were expounded.Some suggestions of perfecting industrial chili drying technology were put forward.Industrial chilli drying technology could promote scale，modernization and industrialization process of characteristic agriculture advantage crops in Hejing county. |
