玫烟色拟青霉孢子萌发和附着胞形成的影响因子研究

摘    要:用不同种类、不同浓度的培养液离体培养玫烟色拟青霉孢子,观察其萌发过程,结果显示,玫烟色拟青霉孢子萌发可以产生单极芽管和双极芽管,而且芽管顶端膨大可形成附着胞,附着胞形态以球形和棍棒状为主;不同培养液中,孢子萌发和附着胞形成率不同,其中0.1%的菜青虫体壁浸出液(CL)培养液中孢子萌发率和附着胞形成率最高,分别达到79.01%和18.69%。不同基质对玫烟色拟青霉孢子萌发和附着胞形成的影响也不同,蝉翅较适合玫烟色拟青霉孢子萌发和附着胞形成。

Abstract:Conidia of Paecilomyces farinosus were fostered in liquid of different nutrition and concentration, and conidia germination process and appressorium formation were observed. The result showed: germinated conidia could produce monopolar germ tube and dipolar germ tube. Appressorium usually formed at the tip of germ tube. The shape of appressorium of Paecilomyces farinosus was spherical and clavate. In different medium, the appressorium formation rate was different and it was the highest in the 0.1% CL. Formation rate of appresorium varied on the surface of different substract. The wings of cicada was favourable for conidia germination and appressorium formation.
