白灵菇新型栽培基质配方研究

摘    要:为充分利用农业废弃物资源栽培白灵菇,以棉柴、花生壳、栗木屑为新型栽培基质,设计13组配方全部或部分替代常规栽培主料棉籽壳进行栽培试验,对不同基质配方栽培白灵菇的菌丝生长速度、产量和周期进行比较分析。结果表明:花生壳、棉柴、栗木屑均可作为栽培基质主料,可部分替代棉籽壳;产量最优配方是以40%花生壳替代棉籽壳的配方A4,但该配方生产周期较长。综合考察,最佳新型栽培基质配方为C1(棉籽壳40%、生棉柴40%、麸皮15%、玉米粉2%、石灰2%、石膏1%),其平均单位产量、生物学效率及栽培周期分别为188.38 g、53.81%、150.7天。

Abstract:For the aim of extensive utilization agricultural wastes resource to cultivate Pleurotus nebrodensis, cotton stalk, chestnut sawdust and peanut shell as the experimental material of 13 groups of formula, the cultivation test was carried out. Mycelium growth rate, yield and production cycle of different substrate formula were investigated and compared from inoculation data to harvest period. The results showed that the peanut shell, cotton stalk, chestnut sawdust might be applied for the cultivated substrate of P. nebrodensis and replaced part of cotton seed hull in cultivation medium. The highest yield formula was A4 (contained 40% peanut shell), but the longest of the production cycle. After multiple analyzed, the optimum formula was C1 (40% contton seed hull, 40% cotton stalk, 15% wheat bran, 2% corn flour, 2%" lime, 1% gesso), the per-unit yield, biological efficiency and production cycle was 188.38 g, 53.81%, 150.7 days, respectively.
