自走式耕耘机速比系数的优化设计

摘    要: 在试验数据的基础上,分析了自走式耕耘机刀辊转速、机器前进速度和耕深对耕耘机单位体积功耗的影响,通过回归分析,建立耕耘机单位体积功耗与各运动参数之间的数学模型,并以此为优化设计的目标函数,通过计算机优化程序,得到在一定约束条件下耕耘机的最优刀辊转速和机器前进速度,进一步计算得到最优速比系数的取值范围,为自走式耕耘机的设计提供一定的理论依据。

Abstract:Based on the experimental data, this paper analyzed cultivator advance speed and cultivation depth of self-propelling consumption. Using the method of regression, this paper set up consumption and sportive parameter of cultivator, and regarded influence which axle rotational speed, cultivator worked on unit cubage power mathematic model of unit cubage power this model as the object function of optimization design, by using the computer optimization program, gained the optimization rotational speed and advance speed under some conditions of restriction, and consequently calculated the extent of optimization roller-speed ratio, provided theoretical argument for cultivator design.
