基于超声波传感器的割台高度控制系统设计

摘    要:传统联合收割机割台利用机械仿形机构或人工方法来调整工作高度,其实时性和准确性较差,且不能进行割台高度数据的获取和分析.为了适应联合收割机智能化的发展要求,设计了基于超声波传感器的割台高度控制系统.该系统以AT89C52单片机为控制中心,通过液晶显示模块LCM1602动态显示割台高度.采用此系统可在工作过程中全程监控联合收割机的割台变化情况,并能简化联合收割机的机构,提高其自动化程度.

Abstract:The operational height of the combine header was adjusted by mechanical profiling organization or manually, which had less accuracy and limited real time, and shortage of acquiring and analyses data. In order to adapt the combine intellectualization development request, an ultrasonic-based header height control system was designed. The system employed the micro-processing unit AT89C52 as control center, displayed the header height on the liquid crystal display module LCM1602 dynamically. The combine header height changing situation can be monitored for all the working process in this application, which also simplified the combine organization and improve its automaticity.
