摘    要:【目的】研究外源亚精胺(Spd)对金边瑞香抗寒性的生理效应,为金边瑞香的室外越冬管理与露地栽培提供依据。【方法】于2010-12-01-2011-03-16,以2年生盆栽金边瑞香为试材,叶面喷施1 mmol/L外源Spd,喷施量约100 mL/株,每隔10 d喷1次,共喷10次,以同样的方法喷施清水作为对照。研究Spd对室外越冬条件下金边瑞香抗寒性生理指标的影响。【结果】12月至翌年1月,Spd处理和对照金边瑞香叶片中可溶性糖、游离脯氨酸含量以及抗氧化保护酶SOD、POD和CAT的活性均逐渐增强,2月份开始逐渐降低,试验期间上述指标均以Spd处理较高,且在试验中期(01-05-02-13),Spd处理的游离脯氨酸含量、SOD和CAT活性显著高于对照,试验中、后期(01-20-03-07),Spd处理的可溶性糖含量和POD活性显著高于对照(P<0.05);而电解质渗透率和MDA含量在整个试验期间呈现前低后高的变化趋势,且均以Spd处理较低;3月份Spd处理的电解质渗透率显著(P<0.05)低于对照,在试验中、后期(01-20-03-16),MDA含量显著(P<0.05)低于对照。【结论】叶面喷施1 mmol/L Spd 能明显提高金边瑞香叶片中可溶性糖含量和3种抗氧化保护酶的活性,降低细胞膜相对透性和MDA含量,从而提高了金边瑞香的抗寒能力,其开花时间较对照提前3~4 d,且植株长势良好,而对照则表现出一定程度的低温损伤症状。

Abstract:【Objective】 The cold-resistance physiological effects of exogenous spermidine(Spd) on Daphne odora var.marginata Mak.were investigated,in order to provide a basis of outdoor winter management and open cultivation.【Method】 Biennial potted D.odora var.marginata Mak.were used as experimental material,foliage spray with exogenous Spd at 1 mmol/L,spraying about 100 mL/plant,every 10 d spray one time,10 times in total,in the same way spraying water as control during the test from 2010-12-01 to 2011-03-16.Effects of 1 mmol/L exogenous spermidine on cold-resistance physiological indexes of D.odora var.marginata Mak.outdoor winter conditions were studied.【Result】 The results showed that the content of soluble sugar,free proline and the activity of anti-oxidant enzymes(SOD,POD and CAT) of D.odora var.marginata Mak.gradually strengthened from December to next January,but began gradually to reduce in February.The above indexes were higher with exogenous Spd treatment during the test.The content of free proline and the activity of the SOD and CAT of D.odora var.marginata Mak.with 1 mmol/L Spd treatment were significantly higher in contrast with control in the middle of the experiment from Jan.5 to Feb.13,so were the POD activity in the test from Jan.20 to Mar.7 and the content of soluble sugar after Jan.20.However,the change tendency of MDA content and relative electrical conductivity was low first and high later during overwintering,and the two indexes were lower with exogenous Spd treatment.It is concretely represented in the electrolyte leakage rate with Spd treatment significantly lower than control in March,and MDA content also significantly lower than control in the middle and latter of the experiment from Jan.20 to Mar.16.【Conclusion】 The soluble sugar content and the activity of anti-oxidant enzymes(SOD,POD and CAT) of D.odora var.marginata Mak.were obviously increased,and the MDA content and cell membrane relative permeability were reduced using 1 mmol/L Spd treatment,so as to enhance the cold-resistance ability of D.odora var.marginata Mak.,the flowering time went 3-4 d earlier than control,plant growth well,and the contrast is showing some degree damage symptoms of low temperature.
