摘    要:从PCR检测水平评价了PPT在再生过程,再生植株喷施和体外浸泡中筛选方法的效率,结果表明PPT浸泡方式效率最高,能够准确鉴定出转Bar基因甘蔗。

Abstract:Bar gene as a common marker is widely used in transgenic sugarcane.The research was conducted to evaluate the screening efficiency of PPT used at the stage of regeneration and the regeneration plants by spraying or in vitro soaking.The results showed that the highest screening efficiency was found in the regenerated plants by soaking in vitro which could accurately identify the transgenic sugarcane mediated with Bar gene.
