| 摘 要： | 采用BSG去壁低渗法,对采集于云南省昭通市昭阳区的半夏(Pinellia ternata)进行染色体观察,研究结果表明:半夏染色体数目2n=78与文献报道一致;该地区的半夏还存在2n=66。分析讨论了不同居群半夏染色体倍性及数目多样性的关系。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the method of BGS in dealing with the cytological study was applied in Pinellia ternata.The results showed that its chromosome number 2n=66 was reported for the first time,besides the number 2n=78 was reported.In addition,the chromosome variation of Pinellia ternata was discussed. |
