| 摘 要： | 针对原有生物质颗粒成型机的局限性以及成型过程中出现的问题,开发设计了空心对辊式生物颗粒成型机;阐述了该机的结构组成和工作原理,分析并确定了空心对辊式生物颗粒成型机的核心部分结构参数.试验表明,该机结构和参数设计合理,能够满足生物颗粒成型的特殊要求.该机的研制大大提高了生物颗粒机械化成型的品质和成型率,是较为理想的生物颗粒成型机具.

| Abstract: | Aiming at the limitations of former biomass particles moulding machine and the problem in shaped process, we design a kind of hollow opposite roller type-biomass particles moulding machine. This article described the structure composition and working principle of the machine. Analysis and conform the core parts of the biomass particles moulding machine. Test has shown that the structure and parameters of this machine is reasonable. It can meet the special requirements of biomass particles moulding. The research of this machine has greatly enhanced the shape rate and biomass particles mechanization moulding quality. The machine is an ideal biomass particles moulding instruments. |
