番茄下胚轴和子叶离体诱导成株的激素调控

摘    要:以番茄幼苗的下胚轴和子叶为外植体,研究不同激素培养基对其不定芽诱导、增殖及生根的影响。结果表明,诱导不定芽的最适培养基为MS+6-BA(2.0 mg/L)+IAA(0.3 mg/L),该培养基中下胚轴的不定芽诱导率为73.3%,子叶的不定芽诱导率为53.2%;低浓度IBA和IAA配合使用的生根效果好于单独使用IBA。

Abstract:With hypocotyls and cotyledon of tomato seedlings as the explants,the effects of mediums with different hormone on adventitious bud induction,multiplication and rooting of the explants were studied.The results showed that the optimum medium for adventitious bud induction was MS+6-BA(2.0 mg/L)+IAA(0.3 mg/L),the induction rates of hypocotyls and cotyledon in this medium were 73.3% and 53.2% resp.The rooting effect of IBA combined with IAA with low concn.was better than that of IBA.
