摘 要: | 多肽1号苦瓜新品种是以湖南地方品种蓝山苦瓜与广东条瘤苦瓜杂交后代定向选择而成的自交系G189-4为母本,以从贵州引进的绿苦瓜与广东大顶苦瓜杂交后代中定向选择而成的自交系G102为父本,通过杂交选育而成。该品种多肽P含量高,达1.046mg·g~()-1)(FW),果实表皮绿色,果肩平,突瘤,圆筒形,瓜长28~30cm,粗6cm,肉厚1.1cm,味微苦,单瓜质量400g左右,一般每667m2产量3400kg左右。田间表现较强的抗白粉病和疫病能力,适宜我国南方地区早春栽培及加工专用。

Abstract: | Abstract:New bitter gourd variety‘ Duotai No.1’ is developed by crossing inbred line‘ G189-4’ as female parent,and inbred line‘ G102’ as male parent. The P-polypeptide content of this new variety is high as 1.046 mg·g-1(FW). The fruit has green peel,and it is of cylinder shape,28-30 cm in length,6 cm in width and 1.1 cm in thickness. It tastes a little bitter. The single fruit weight is about 400 g,and average yield is 51 t·hm-2. It is resistant to powdery mildew and blight in fields. It is suitable for cultivation in Southern China in spring and for processing application. |
