池塘内循环养殖模式下不同营养水平饲料对建鲤生长性能及养殖效益的影响

摘    要:为探讨池塘内循环养殖模式下不同营养水平饲料对建鲤(Cyprinus carpiovar)生长性能及养殖效益的影响,以常规池塘养殖营养水平饲料为对照,提高蛋白、脂肪含量,形成3个营养水平的试验饲料,其中粗蛋白水平分别为32%、34%、38%,粗脂肪水平分别为8%、10%、11%,分别记为F1、F2、F3组,每组设3个重复,在跑道池(22 m×5 m×2 m)中连续投喂初始平均体重为(85.26±0.98)g的建鲤幼鱼72 d。结果显示:饲料营养水平对建鲤的存活率、增重率、特定生长率和饲料系数无显著影响;F3组蛋白质效率显著低于F1、F2。饲料营养水平对建鲤肝体指数、肠体指数和肥满度无显著影响;F3组的空腔率显著低于F1组。对照组F1的养殖效益最高,随着饲料营养水平的提高,建鲤养殖效益下降。综上所述,在池塘内循养殖模式下,投喂蛋白含量在32%左右,脂肪含量在8%左右及适量限制性氨基酸的饲料,建鲤幼鱼生长性能和养殖效益最好。

Abstract:A 72-day feeding trial in moderate temperature season was conducted to investigate the effects of different feed nutrition levels on growth performance and culture benefit of Cyprinus carpio(initial average body weight 85.26 g±0.98 g)in an internal-circulation pond aquaculture system.Three diets(F1,F2,and F3)were formulated,containing control diet formulated with the conventional pond culture nutrient level,and two experimental diets with higher protein and fat,containing three protein levels(32%,34%,38%)and fat levels(8%,10%,11%).Each diet was randomly assigned to triplicate groups in raceways pond(22 m×5 m×2 m).The results showed that no significant difference was found in survival rate,weight gain rate(WGR),specific growth rate,feed conversion ratio,and survival rate among groups.However,the protein efficiency ratio of C.carpio in F3 group with the highest feed nutrient was significantly lower than that of F1 and F2 groups.There was no significant difference in the hepatosomatic index,intestinosomatic index and condition factor.However,dressed carcass ratio of group F3 was significantly lower than that of group F1.With the improvement of feed nutrition level,the culture benefit decreased and the control group F1 had the highest culture benefit.In conclusion,the growth performance and culture benefit of C.carpio were best when fed with about 32%protein,8%lipid and appropriate limiting amino acids in an internal-circulation pond aquaculture system.
