贵州地方辣椒资源抗疫病特性与理化指标的相关性

摘    要:采用苗期人工接种辣椒疫霉菌的方法,对30份贵州地方辣椒材料进行抗病性鉴定,分析辣椒苗期抗疫病能力与其生理生化指标之间的相关性。结果表明:供试30份贵州地方辣椒材料中,抗性材料1份,中抗材料9份,中感材料9份,感病材料8份,高感材料3份;辣椒苗期抗疫病能力与茎和根中可溶性糖含量呈显著正相关,与叶片中可溶性糖含量极显著正相关,与Chla含量、根系活力、SOD活性、POD活性、CAT活性呈显著正相关,与类胡萝卜素含量显著负相关。

Abstract:In order to evaluate the characteristics of Phytophthora blight resistance in local pepper resources of Guizhou Province,analyze the correlation between pepper disease resistance and physiological and biochemical indexes,taking 30 Guizhou local pepper resources as experiment material,this paper carries out disease resistance identification through inoculating Phytophthora capsici L. on seedlings,and detects the physiological and biochemical indicators of healthy pepper seedlings.The results showed that there were 1 resistant,9 medium resistant,9 medium susceptible,8 susceptible resources and 3 highly susceptible resources.Analysis showed that pepper seedling disease resistance had significant positive correlation with the soluble sugar content in stem and root, chlorophy content , vitality of root system,and activities of SOD,POD,CAT,had extremely significant positive correlation with soluble sugar content in leaves,but had significant negative correlation with the content of carotenoid.
