摘    要:在常规CTAB的基础上建立一种快速提取纯化野生稻总DNA的方法,这种快速提取法能在短时间内处理大批量的材料,具有简便、快速、经济、稳定等优点。用这种方法提取的DNA作为模板进行PCR扩增,和用常规的CTAB法提取的DNA作为模板结果一致。因此,用这种方法提取的DNA质量完全可以满足植物分子标记分析的需要。

Abstract:A rapid method for DNA extraction and purification from wild rice was developed on the basic of the CTAB method, which could deal with a lot of materials in a short time .The method was easy, fast, economic and stable. The PCR amplified result by use of the rapid extracted DNA as template was not different with that by use of the DNA extracted by usual CTAB method, and therefore, the quality of the DNA isolated from the modified CTAB method could meet the requirement for plant molecular marker technology.
