假俭草种群变异与生态特性的研究

摘    要:通过大量的野外调查和田间测定,对假俭草(Eremochloa ophiuroides (Munro) Hack.)野生种群生态分布的区域、特点、生境类型、群落组成及形态学变异进行了研究.结果表明:①该研究的调查范围中,假俭草分布在60~700 m海拔,土壤pH范围在4.34~8.28之间,生境可以分为:河滩草地型、疏林草地型、丘陵山地型3种类型;②假俭草的群落结构中主要的优势植物种有马尾松、狗牙根、牛鞭草和结缕草等;③假俭草不同种群的外部形态性状发生了较大的变异,说明假俭草种质资源有较丰富的遗传多样性;④用SPSS10.0软件对形态学测定结果进行聚类分析,将15个种群分为5大类,聚类结果与材料的地理分布基本一致,种群3号(重庆黔江种群)、11号(重庆南山种群)可望作为优良的草坪草选种育种材料.

Abstract:The ecological distribution areas, features, ecological environment types, community constituents and external morphological diversity of native centipedegrass ( Eremochloa ophiuroides (Munro) Hack.) are studied. The results show that: ① The centipedegrass investigated and studied is distributed from the altitude of 60 m to 700 m. The pH of soil is from 4 34 to 8 28, the ecological environment types of centipedegrass can be classified into three types, namely, flood bed grassland type, open forest grassland type and hill grassland type. ② The main plant species in the community of centipedegrass are masson pine, bermudagrass, Hemarthria and Zoyiagrass. ③ There is a big variation in the external morphology of centipedegrass, which explains genetic diversity in germplasm resources of native centipedegrass. ④ The native centipedegrass populations, based on the external morphological index, are clustered by SPSS software and classified into 5 groups, and clustering results are identical with the geographical distribution of centipedegrass. The No.3 (Chongqing Qianjiang) and the population No.4 (Chongqing Nanshan) are good breeding materials for turfgrass.
