甘蓝型油菜属间体细胞杂种雄性不育材料的研究

摘    要:甘蓝型油菜与诸葛菜,新疆野生油菜体细胞杂交产生甘蓝型油菜雄性不育材料NO CMS和NSa CMS。用隐性核不育材料的保持系,波里马CMS和陕2A CMS的保持系,波里马CMS和陕2A CMS的恢复系对NO CMS和NSa,CMS测交,结果表明,NO CMS和NSa CMS是恢保关系明显不同于陕2A CMS和波里马CMS的细胞质雄性不育材料,NO和NSa可育自交后代育性表现3(可育):1(不育)分离,初步认为不育性由单隐性核基因控制。

Abstract:Two different male sterile populations (NO CMS and NSa CMS) were derived from somatic hybrids of Brassica napus(+) Orychophragmus violaceusand B.napus(+) S.arvensis(Xinjiang wild rape), respectively. Fertility performance after test cross by oilseed rape breeding lines showed that NO CMS and NSa CMS belonged to alloplasmic male sterility. The restoring-maintaining relationship of NO CMS and NSa CMS is apparently different from Shan 2A and Polima CMS, implying a different origin of these novel CMS. The self-pollinated progenies of NO and NSa fertile plants segregated into 3 fertile: 1 sterile ratio, indicating that their male sterile character was controlled by one pair of nucleic recessive genes.
